Skills required to contribute:
Primary Skills:
Proficient in Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL
GCP (preferred), or other cloud environments.
Strong understanding of modern web development practices
Experience :
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a software developer
Experience working in Agile development environments
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
Capable of leading sprint planning and execution
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to Spotify Backstage (open-source developer portal ) is a strong plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated leadership in Agile ceremonies and team coordination
