Role: Backup & Data Protection Engineer (Commvault)

About the Role:
We are seeking a technically skilled Backup & Data Protection Systems Engineer with hands-on experience in Commvault and preferably Cohesity solutions. You will play a key role in designing, deploying, and supporting backup and disaster recovery solutions for our enterprise clients. The role spans both pre-sales and post-sales activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and deploy data protection environments using Commvault and Cohesity
• Work with Sales and Engineering to scope and implement solutions
• Support hybrid and on-prem infrastructure for backup and virtualization
• Deliver post-sales support, including installation, troubleshooting, and upgrades
• Travel occasionally within North America as required
What You Bring:
• 5+ years in Systems Engineering, Implementation, or Solutions Architecture
• Hands-on Commvault expertise (Commvault Services Associate certification preferred)
• Experience with enterprise storage, VMware/Hyper-V, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong client-facing communication and technical presentation skills
• Ability to communicate and build content in French with Quebec in mind
• Required certifications- Commvault Certified Cloud Advocate (CCA) or (Commvault Certified Professional) CCP
