Baker required in Hertfordshire, this role has live in accommodation and is within a Hotel. The role is for mornings, £34k and covers traditional breads, Sour Dough bread, Tray Bakes and pastries. This role is a brilliant opportunity to leave London into a brilliant setting and have live in.
The role
As a baker you will run the bakery section in the kitchen. you will work morning shifts and create a range of breads, Sour Dough breads, Tray Bakes and pastries. you will ensure the products are ready on time. This role will include all the standard baker duties.
Experience
We are looking for a candidate who can do from scratch bread, sour dough breads, tray bakes and morning goods. you must be reliable and good time keeper.

As well as this role which is outside of London with live in, we do have baker roles and pastry chef de partie roles in central London. The other roles in central London include Baker roles in 5 star hotels, Restaurants and a bakery. We also have a Artisan baker role in London for nights and a pastry chef de partie role in a 5 star hotel.
