Job Description
We are seeking a baker/pastry chef/ biscuit maker/ savoury chef with at least 1 year of experience. You will be responsible in the morning, for baking fresh loaves of bread, setting out the pastries and preparing fresh bread, pastries and other baked goods for the following day. It is also your responsibility to ensure the quality of the goods being used is up to par and make note of when supplies are running low so that an order can be made. The position begins at 5 to 6 a.m. everyday.
Requirements Responsibilities and Duties
Mixing, preparing and baking bread/pastries/savouries.
Timely arrival in the bakery every morning.
Producing quantity as per Daily Outlet Order
Timely Ordering more supplies.
Crafting and creating new and exciting baked goods.
Ensuring all goods are completed on time for opening.
Skills Required
Ability to read and follow recipes.
Good Baking/Biscuit Making/ Pastry Creation/ Savoury Making
Good organizational skills.
Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations.
Ability to meet strict deadlines.
Creativity in crafting new pastries.
