We're hiring at Nata Seattle!
We're a micro bakery crafting Portuguese custard tarts and other specialties in West Seattle, selling at farmers markets around the Seattle area. As we grow, we're looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our small team starting immediately.
Baker
Work alongside me (owner + baker) in our commissary kitchen. Some baking experience preferred—laminated dough knowledge is a bonus!
Now-May: 1-2 days/week, flexible schedule, typically 8am-4pm
May onward: 3-5 days/week, flexible schedule, typically 8am-4pm
Market Vendor
Drive our van to the kitchen, prep and load products, set up our market booth, connect with customers, and handle sales. No experience necessary—we're happy to provide training! Looking for good energy, good presentation, clear communication, and a proactive attitude.
Now-May: Sundays, 7am-5pm
May onward: 5-6 days/week (weekdays 1-7pm, Sat+Sun 7am-5pm)
What we offer:
$22/hour + pooled tips (typically adds up to ~$30/hour after tips)

Requirements:
Driver's license (for Market Vendor), King County Food Worker Card (or willingness to obtain)
