Oversee daily production, including dough preparation and cake making

Manage stock integrity, purchasing, stock rotation, and goods receipting
Deliver on sales targets, GP%, waste control, and KPI expectations
Maintain strong merchandising standards and product presentation
Complete SAP-related processes and tasks
