Oversee daily production, including dough preparation and cake making
Lead and motivate a high-performing bakery team
Ensure full compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards
Manage stock integrity, purchasing, stock rotation, and goods receipting
Deliver on sales targets, GP%, waste control, and KPI expectations
Maintain strong merchandising standards and product presentation
Complete SAP-related processes and tasks
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
Previous bakery management or leadership experience in a supermarket or commercial bakery
A strong understanding of bakery production processes and bakery financials
Excellent communication and people leadership skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
SAP and Foodstuffs systems knowledge (essential)
