Phone and Email Handling:Answer phone calls professionally, respond to inquiries, and manage email communication efficiently.
Client Record Management:Maintain client records, including contact information, appointment history, and preferences.
Financial Transactions:Process payments for services and products, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Administrative Tasks:Perform various administrative tasks such as stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting stylists.
Customer Service:Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
Upselling and Product Promotion:Offer relevant products and services to clients, promoting salon offerings and building sales.
