Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of breads
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery
- Develop new recipes and innovate creations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and order ingredients and supplies as needed
- Stay updated with industry trends and techniques in bread making
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in baking or in a similar role.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification in baking is a plus
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for baking and a desire to learn and grow
Salary: The salary for this position ranges from ₹15,000.00 to ₹25,000.00 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
