Possess creative cake making skills, specialize in wedding cakes, birthday cakes and celebration cakes Can decorate bake the cakes and decorate with ganache, buttercream, whipped cream and fondant Excellent sugar paste skills in making flowers, animal figurines, human figurines and other objects Able to handle customized cake order from start to finish.
