Job Description
Bake different types of bread types, baguettes and multi grain breads.
-Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls
-Shape dough to prepare different types of breads including croissants and pastries
-Mix different ingredients to prepare delicious loaves of bread for customers
-Bake mixed doughs and batters
-Ensure quality of products meets the established standards
-Draw up production to determine type and quantity of goods to produce
-Help to hire, train, and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
