Skills:
1. Must have previous working experience as pastry chef for more than 5 years
2. Applicable knowledge of baking
3. Great attention to detail and creativity

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Plan, implement and manage daily operations
2. Prepare menus
3. Suggest new menu items
4. Understand visitors' preferences and make suggestions based on findings
5. Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread
6. Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings so that they are appealing to the eye
7. Monitor supplies and ingredients necessary for daily operations
8. Check quality of material and condition of equipment
9. Train, guide and motivate pastry assistants
10. Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel
11. Maintain a clean cooking station
12. Adhere to health and safety standards
13. Keep abreast with the latest food and industry trends

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
