Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery Chef at Coffee Culture in Surat. The Bakery Chef will be responsible for baking a variety of delicious pastries, breads, cakes, and other bakery items. They will also ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, collaborate with other kitchen staff, and contribute to menu development.
Qualifications
• Experience in baking pastries, breads, cheesecakes, and other bakery items
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients
• Creativity in designing and decorating baked goods
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with kitchen staff
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a bakery or culinary school education is a must
