Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for experienced Bakery Chefs located in New Delhi. As a Bakery Chef at Muhavra, your responsibilities include preparing doughs, fillings, and batters for the bakery, decorating baked goods, and managing inventory. You have the opportunity to create new and exciting products while maintaining the high quality and consistency of our existing offerings. You will be expected to contribute and work effectively as part of a team, while also demonstrating individual creativity and ingenuity.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a. bakery setting
Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients and flavors
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in managing inventory, controlling costs and carrying out quality assurance practices
Degree or diploma in baking and pastry arts or culinary arts is a plus
Specialization in alternative diets, such as gluten-free or vegan, is a plus
Strong work ethic and passion for the baking industry
