Bakery Helper

Measure and prepare ingredients such as flour, sugar, eggs, and other necessary items for baking.

- Assist in mixing and preparing dough and batters under the guidance of the head baker.

- Organize and store ingredients, ensuring they are fresh and in good condition.

- Help with the baking process by operating ovens, mixers, and other baking equipment.

- Monitor baking products for quality control, ensuring they are properly baked to standard.

- Assist with decorating and finishing baked goods, including cakes, cookies, pastries, and breads.

- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including cleaning tools, baking equipment, and countertops.

- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols in the kitchen and bakery area.

- Ensure that ingredients and supplies are properly stored and organized.

- Assist in the packaging of finished bakery items for sale or delivery.

- Help with setting up bakery displays, ensuring items are attractive and well-presented.

- Help with the management of inventory, including tracking stock levels of ingredients and supplies.

- Assist with inventory control by reporting shortages or expired ingredients to management.

- Assist customers by providing information on products and ensuring excellent service.

- Help with customer orders and packaging baked goods.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
