• Manage the bakery department and collaborate with the head/sous chef for the same
• Maintain hygiene in the kitchen
• Come up with new items for baked goods
Requirements
• Decent experience in baking
• Receptive to being trained by the senior head chef Anton from Germany & explore new German dishes (annually 2-4 times)

We are a German craft Bakery & Bistro from Stuttgart & St.Leon, based in Koramangala, Bangalore. We have the mission to bring authentic German bread culture and delicious food to our beloved India. Under the training of the senior Head Chef Anton Reissmueller (73) and our incredible team from all over India & the world, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and interested pastry chefs and pastry assistants to join us on this journey (freshers are welcome). We are a big family and are super thrilled to grow and expand our start-up with you.
