As a premium adults training facility, HappyFitness Club starts developing our Children after-school classes now.
Ballet Instructor
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Ballet Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a professional ballet background, a strong teaching foundation, and experience preparing students for performances or competitions.
Responsibilities
Teach ballet classes from beginner to intermediate levels
Design and implement age-appropriate class plans
Provide corrections, technical drills, and performance coaching
Collaborate with studio team on student assessments and show preparations
Incorporate PBT techniques to build strength and technique
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of classical ballet training (RAD, Vaganova, or Cecchetti preferred)
Proven teaching experience with children and/or teens (ages 4–18)
Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) Certification preferred
Experience coaching students for ballet competitions or public performances
Strong communication skills, patience, and passion for youth dance education
Available for weekday evenings or weekends (schedule negotiable)
