Overall Hiring Ownership for Bank Staff and Off-role staff. Building up Team/ Distribution structures to optimize business efficiency.B) Strategic Planning and Vision Market Knowledge and information Trends and Competition mapping Augment Sales strategies through incremental tie-ups, Business planning forecasting and analysis Devise Sales strategies that help optimize business performance and ensure execution of the same. Business Growth and Trend Analysis including Budgeting and Forecasting. Opportunity Scoping and Drive New Initiatives that help the overall Bank and the Business. New Product Launches and Review of the same. Long Term Planning to achieve long term Business Growth. Compensation and Incentive Planning. Drive Profitability on a sustainable basis. Develop competent Sales policies, procedures and processes.C) Sales Force Management Driving Key Business Objectives through the Sales Force. Driving the Sales Force to Achieve Fincon Budgets of Business Credit Card. Review performance and Plan progress. Take corrective action wherever required. Productivity Monitoring at all Levels. Ensuring Balanced Scorecard Achievement at all levels. Mentoring and Leadership of the Team. Plan Business Growth and Projections. Region wise SWOT Analysis and corrective action there-of Build positive working relationship and Culture.
