Urgently Hiring Branch Banking Manager for Banca Channel in Indias Leading Insurance Company for Gujarat Location
100% of Leads will be provided by the company, you need to close those leads of a potential customer into business by selling
Job Roles And Responsibilities Of Banca Channel
• Closely working with our banking partner which is assigned by the company
• Generate Leads of customers through employees of our channel partner
• Regularly visit a channel partner branch and build/maintain a relationship with them
• Provide pre and post-sales support to the Bancassurance customers
• Identify the potential interested customers and suggest them a suitable policy
• Handle Walking and Existing customers of the bank by providing customers services and queries
Desired Candidates Profiles
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any stream
• Experience: Mini. 2 to 3 + Years in Sales and marketing of Banking/Finance and Insurance sectors.
• Strong Presentations Skills
• Excellent Communications Skills required
• Attractive Personality and positive attire
• Negotiation Skills required
