Job description
_Urgently looking for Bancassurance Channel in India's Largest Insurance Organization for Bhopal Location._
• Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- To handle existing and new customers of tie-up banks/brokers in assigned areas
- Help your customers and channel partner during pre-and post-sales:
- Ensuring business through your prospective customers and employees of the bank
- Work collectively with Bank Sales/operations team and conduct joint sales
- Assist bank in acquiring banking customers through insurance product sales
- Working jointly with the Branch Manager on the Business Implementation plan
- Driving and motivating the branch staff along with Bank RM and providing
- Strong understanding of generating leads and finding potential clients
- Great interpersonal skills
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Mini. 2 to 3 + Years in Sales and marketing of Banking/Finance and Insurance sectors.
• Salary: ₹275,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
• Benefits:
