Job Purpose
To generate revenue through the sales team and distribution network of channel partners Banking/Broking etc.
Key Responsibilities
• Throughout the partner network in order to create solid relationships
• To develop the business by boosting LI product sales through partner sales teams
• To schedule follow-up meetings with partners and their clients in order to introduce LI products in their portfolios.
• To activate the most mapped sub-brokers, RMs, and lead generators available each month
• To make sure that all cases are issued without difficulty from beginning to end and to keep all issued policies in effect
• To develop and deliver daily reports to all stakeholders on meetings and sales figures
• To keep track of policies that have logged into the main MIS
• Updating the MIS on the tasks allocated for directing targeted business
• To keep the persistence data for the assigned cases current
• To Train partner RMs on LI products and processes
Candidates Requirements
• Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream
• Experience: Mini. 2 to 5 Years in Sales and Marketing of Banking/Finance/Insurance or Investment Industry
• Age should be between 22 to 38 Years

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to develop systematic sales strategies
• Ability to position products/services against competitors
