We’re looking for enthusiastic and passionate Band 5 Community Nurses to join our friendly and welcoming Community Nursing team based in Gravesend, North Kent to help us to continue to change things for the better.

Gravesham Community Hospital is located a short distance from St Georges Shopping Centre and is surrounded by well-known food establishments and local coffee shops making it an ideal location to be based from.
This is a full time (37.5 hours per week) opportunity. The community nursing team works across 7 days per week 08.00 – 20.00.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
