Functional Responsibilities
• Create end-to-end business plans for Digital onboarding liabilities Wealth CX.
• Develop and manage online partnerships, driving digital business endeavors and establishing leadership in the market.
• Maintain strong relationships with relevant partners, optimizing sales performance and internal coordination.
• Leverage existing partnerships while identifying new opportunities, ensuring swift onboarding and maximum utilization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Operations, Finance, HRM, IT, and other functions to enhance processes and address issues.
• Drive continuous improvement, streamlining work practices to maximize team performance and seize sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with other sales channels, unlocking new possibilities.
• Ensure seamless communication of business initiatives among the team, leading a transformation roadmap to improve customer acquisition, engagement, analytics, and operational efficiency.
