Our residents may have dementia, cognitive issues, physical disabilities, or frailty requiring support in their daily lives.

• Extra Care: Individual homes within a community setting that promote lifestyle choices, independence, and control over one’s life.

About You:

We are looking for individuals with the right values, behaviours, and attitudes to join our team! No previous experience or qualifications are necessary – we will support you in growing and developing into an excellent care worker. Above all, we seek someone with empathy and passion who can make a positive difference in someone’s day.

What is Bank Work?

Bank work is flexible work to support when the need arises within the service. We use bank staff to support our permanent staff members when gaps are identified, (sickness/holidays/heightened demand) This is not a permanent contract of employment.
