Summary
As a Bank Care Assistant at Greensleeves Care, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents and ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism. This position is based in one of our esteemed care homes across England, in Calne. where you will contribute to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily activities and personal care as needed.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure high-quality care.
Support the development and implementation of individual care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and care provided.
Foster a warm and welcoming environment that promotes dignity and respect for all residents.
Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development opportunities.
Requirements
