Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Domestic professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in a care setting, demonstrating a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service.
Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning tasks in bedrooms, public areas, and laundry facilities.
Ensure all linens, towels, and garments are laundered to the highest quality standards.
Maintain an organised and efficient laundry area, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding items.
Restock supplies as needed in guest rooms and common areas.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns with professionalism.
Skills
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and organisation.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members effectively.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
