Acquire High Value CA / Program NTBs Ø Acquire High Value CA / Program NTBs via References from Open Market / Supply chain Customer Service Ø Offer the Highest Level of Service to the Portfolio Customers Ø Serve as a Single Point of Contact for Portfolio Customers Ø Proactively resolve customer queries, service requirements, product customization, etc Recommend Banking solutions for Portfolio Customers Ø Complete Solutions Manager to the portfolio customers Ø Basis In depth understanding of customers business, profile and requirements, recommend the right Business Solutions in terms of RTFx / Working Capital/CMS/e-Comm etc. Ø Provide sound business solutions including Current Account, Trade Finance / Forex, Cash Management Services, ENET / Net Banking, POS Machines / Payment gateway solutions, doorstep banking, Loans, Life / General Insurance etc. Ø Migration of transactions to Digital Banking Channels i.e. Net Banking / CBX, Mobile Banking, etc as per customer profile / needs / preference Ø Offering Classic / Preferred Programs to eligible Portfolio Customers by racing to respective Ethnic Code Adherence to Branch Sales Process / Bank policies / Regulatory guidelines Ø Adherence to mandatory Customer Engagement Plan Ø Responsible to ensure Customer Profiling (Portfolio) & On-boarding (for NTB relationships) Ø Ensure action on central triggers / customer service initiatives Ø Adherence to Bank policies / guidelines such as KYC & AML/reduction of FTNR Ø Re-KYC of the customers in the portfolio will be key KRA from compliance angle Educational Qualifications Key Skills · Graduation: ANY · Post-Graduation: MBA / PGDBM / MMS in Finance/Marketing Certifications: · AMFI Certification (Mandatory) · IRDA Certification (Mandatory) · NCFM Certification (Optional) · CAIIB (Optional) · Internal Certification (CA Modules) · Sales and Influencing Skills · Banking Product & Process Knowledge · NRI Product and Regulatory Knowledge · Planning and Organizing Skills · Communication · Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.
