Job Purpose : · Current Account Business being of a complex nature, Business Relationship Manager will offer the highest level of service and act as a One Stop Solution Manager for Large Value Current Accounts · Responsible for Value Management of Large Value Current Accounts and Cross Sell Income from a Current Account led portfolio · Responsible for acquiring Potential Large Value Customer Accounts / NTB Relationship for the Bank by way of references from Portfolio Customers

CA Portfolio Growth & Cross Sell Ø Responsible for Value Build up / Cross Sell from Portfolio: Portfolio Size- Minimum size of Rs 6 crores CA Value Plan – 1.8 crs to 2.4 crs Cross Sell Plan – Rs 0.60 crs to Rs. 0.+6 cr Ø Increase relationship depth by acquiring / grouping Family accounts, Group Firms Current Accounts, Investments, etc Ø Offering Business Assets like Working Capital, Mortgages Ø Trade Forex Revenue and Trade Solutions to the portfolio clients will be key to growth in CA Values Ø Maintaining portfolio health i.e. Account activation & balance maintenance Ø Periodic Portfolio restructuring to ensure optimum portfolio size.
Acquire High Value CA / Program NTBs Ø Acquire High Value CA / Program NTBs via References from Open Market / Supply chain
Customer Service Ø Offer the Highest Level of Service to the Portfolio Customers Ø Serve as a Single Point of Contact for Portfolio Customers Ø Proactively resolve customer queries, service requirements, product customization, etc
Recommend Banking solutions
for Portfolio Customers Ø Complete Solutions Manager to the portfolio customers Ø Basis In depth understanding of customers business, profile and requirements, recommend the right Business Solutions in terms of RTFx / Working Capital/CMS/e-Comm etc. Ø Provide sound business solutions including Current Account, Trade Finance / Forex, Cash Management Services, ENET / Net Banking, POS Machines / Payment gateway solutions, doorstep banking, Loans, Life / General Insurance etc. Ø Migration of transactions to Digital Banking Channels i.e. Net Banking / CBX, Mobile Banking, etc as per customer profile / needs / preference
Ø Offering Classic / Preferred Programs to eligible Portfolio Customers by racing to respective Ethnic Code
Adherence to Branch Sales Process / Bank policies /
Regulatory guidelines Ø Adherence to mandatory Customer Engagement Plan Ø Responsible to ensure Customer Profiling (Portfolio) & On-boarding (for NTB relationships) Ø Ensure action on central triggers / customer service initiatives Ø Adherence to Bank policies / guidelines such as KYC & AML/reduction of FTNR Ø Re-KYC of the customers in the portfolio will be key KRA from compliance angle
