Company is seeking a confident candidate who is required to sit in the Office and interact with customers for the most part of his/her day and so good communication and presentation skills are a prerequisite for the job. The job also requires a good understanding of the banking products and services in order to deal with individual customer’s demands and customize the products accordingly.

Tasks/Obligations:
• Identifying and communicating customer needs.
• Achieving sales targets while complying with the company's policies and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using the Company's CRM system.
• Identify and analyse customers' financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions, and advise on loans and investment products.
• Active follow up on leads and customer inquiries to convert prospects into satisfied customers.
