Job Description
A CASA Sales Officer is responsible for generating new business by acquiring customers and promoting Current Account and Savings Account products offered by the bank. This role requires a combination of sales skills, relationship-building, and financial product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
• Acquiring new customers for Current Account and Savings Account products.
• Cold calling, emailing, and meeting potential clients.
• Understanding customer needs and suggesting appropriate banking solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Cross-selling other banking products based on customer needs.
• Meeting individual and team sales targets.
Required Candidate profile:
• Any Bachelor degree.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years.
• Age: 21 to 30 years.
• Good Conversation skill.
• Excellent lead generation and conversion skills.
