Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Bank Guarantee Specialist to join our team at BNP Paribas India Solutions Private Limited. As a Bank Guarantee Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of bank guarantees, while maintaining compliance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze bank guarantees & SBLC related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Book and authorize bank guarantees/SBLC, including commission and compliance checks.
• Manage Guarantee/SBLC Commission, including Commission Booking, Sending Tracer, Monitoring of Receivables/Accrual/PnL and Reconciliation of accounting entries & related accounts.
• Ensure all processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies and sanctions.
• Provide guidance and support to junior associates and collaborate with team members to resolve issues and standardize processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications in trade finance are a plus. Professional certifications in trade finance (e.g., CDCS, CSDG) would be an added advantage.
5 -7 years of experience in trade finance, with a focus on bank guarantees/SBLC.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good understanding of regulatory requirements and trade finance systems.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
