Are you a caring, reliable, and flexible individual looking to make a real difference in people’s lives? We are currently recruiting Bank Care Assistants to join our dedicated team at our welcoming 46-bed nursing home in Chorley.

About the Role:

As a Bank Care Assistant, you’ll support our residents with everyday tasks such as:

Personal care and hygiene
Mealtimes and hydration
Social engagement and emotional wellbeing
Promoting independence and dignity
Supporting the nursing team in delivering high-quality care
This flexible role is ideal for those who want to choose shifts that suit their lifestyle — including days, nights, weekends, and holiday cover.

Previous care experience is helpful but not essential — full training provided
