Bank Hotel Services Assistant | Solihull | Flexible working hours | £12.05 per hour + enhancements available
Spire Parkway Hospital, Solihull has an exciting opportunity for a Hotel Services Assistant to join our Hotel Services Team on an occasional/bank basis
At Spire Parkway Hospital, we’re a leading provider of private hospital treatments for our patients across the Midlands and beyond. We offer specialised and personalised healthcare through fast access to consultations with specialists in a wide range of treatments, supported by advanced imaging and diagnostic technology.
Working Hours: Shifts through Monday - Sunday between the hours of 06.00 - 00.00
Contract Type: This role is a Bank position and therefore the successful candidate/s would be required for covering sickness, annual leave and other cover for business needs. This role would be ideal for those looking for flexible working patterns.
As Hotel Services Assistant you will be responsible to assist in the preparation and delivery of a first class service to our patients. By cleaning and preparing our rooms and beds for patient stays. You may also assist with delivery of a food and beverage service to patients.
Duties And Responsibilities
• To ensure all rooms are ready for immediate occupation. Following Policies and Procedures.
• To ensure all public areas are clean
• To carry out all duties requested by Supervisor.
• To assist, as directed, with preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages, to the specified standard, to staff, patients and consultants

• Work Early ,late and night shifts
• Ability to change beds unaided, use a range of cleaning equipment which will involve
• bending ,lifting and reaching
• Flexible work processes
• Empathy for the impact of their role on vulnerable and sick patients
• Empathy for principles and importance of EO and dignity at work
• Customer facing role
• Working unsupervised and prioritising tasks
