We are looking for a Banking Officer for customer service, banking, financial, and investment needs is the responsibility of the Phone Banking Officer - BPO. The Phone Banking Office is in charge of resolving customer issues over the phone on a regular basis, resulting in improved customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Direct communication with new or existing clients to deliver information about financial goods and services.
• Giving customers or clients a solution about the purchasing of financial products.
• Encourage increased sales and excellent customer service.
• Assist in the growth and maintenance of a positive company image.
Key abilities:
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Excellent communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
