We are looking for a Banking Officer for customer service, banking, financial, and investment needs is the responsibility of the Phone Banking Officer - BPO. The Phone Banking Office is in charge of resolving customer issues over the phone on a regular basis, resulting in improved customer service.
Responsibilities:
Direct communication with new or existing clients to deliver information about financial goods and services.
Giving customers or clients a solution about the purchasing of financial products.
Encourage increased sales and excellent customer service.
Assist in the growth and maintenance of a positive company image.
Key abilities:
Fluency in English and Hindi
Excellent communication skills

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
