Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Bank Liaisoning Officer to handle all interactions and coordination with banks and financial institutions for project funding, loan disbursements, documentation, compliance, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking procedures, project financing, and the regulatory environment related to real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
· Liaise with banks and financial institutions for term loans, overdrafts, project finance, and other credit facilities and working capital arrangements.
· Act as the primary point of contact between the company and banks/FIs.
· Manage end-to-end loan documentation, due diligence, and compliance processes.
· Coordinate for timely disbursal of sanctioned funds.
· Prepare and submit MIS reports, project cash flows, utilization certificates, and other financial documents.
· Handle renewal, enhancement, and closure of credit facilities.
· Maintain strong relationships with bank officials and ensure smooth communication.
· Monitor compliance with financial covenants and project milestones as per bank requirements.
· Coordinate for mortgage creation, ROC filings, and other legal formalities.
· Resolve queries raised by banks in a timely and professional manner.
· Assist in fundraising and investor presentations, if required.
Key Requirements:
· Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related fields (MBA/CA preferred).
· 3-5 years proven experience in bank liaisoning, preferably in the real estate sector.
· Strong understanding of banking norms, RBI guidelines, and project finance structure.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
