Job Purpose
To centrally drive parameterized small-ticket size lending in IBG4 micro and small segment for scale up of SME franchise
Key Accountabilities
• Drive budgets, NTB, product/program construct, E2E TAT and Sales process from Business perspective for up to SGD 40 M turnover segment
• Work with Product and Risk partners for superior product offerings, improvement of Login to disbursement ratio and streamlining of E2E process
• Build robust channels and work with NDS for continuous flow in Sales hopper
• Drive culture of balanced Growth and Risk metrics
• Build an overall culture of high performance and productivity within business team
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Will work as a Central Team Lead responsible for driving and scale up of business in CP-Small segment
• Ensure that program/product construct and processes are implemented uniformly across all region and work with Product team in case of any disparity
• Drive E-2-E targets, reduce re-works and ensure that majority of cases meet the TAT targets
• Provide timely feedback and work with all stakeholders for building superior product offerings and customer journey for customers
• Strengthen existing channels and build new channels/expand distribution network i.e. Referral partners
• Work with DBIL branches to ensure minimum monthly disbursements, approval and logins
• Ensure quality logins, drive RM productivity
• Ensure that sales team is well trained in product/process and sales pitch
• Build team of highly motivated people and culture of high performance balanced with risk prism
• Work with SMO to build strong Sales Hopper
Experience
• 10-12 years in the industry
• Should have good experience in working in SME lending space specially experience in parameterized products. Good knowledge of product and sales and experience in team handling
• Relevant banking experience in Sales and Credit related processes along with team handling experience is mandatory
Education
• The job holder needs to be minimum MBA
