Located just a short drive from the small town of Lydney in the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire is Rodley House, a charming and quaint home offering compassionate nursing, respite and residential care to 42 residents.

AND IN RETURN

The rewards for our Nurses are great. Our roles offer greater flexibility in working patterns, more autonomy with decision making, the opportunity to build close relationships with the residents in your care in a consultative, case-management role.

The Trust is a great place to work; we’ve been providing care for almost 1,000 years and we’re currently the second largest not-for-profit provider in the UK. A Company pension
Free uniform
Free DBS
Access to our Employee Assistance Programme
Refer a Friend scheme rewarding you up to £1000 for every recommendation you make who successfully starts working for us
Blue Light Card and “My Rewards” programme, offering you discounts on shopping, days out, restaurants and much more
