• About you : As a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) working with us on a Bank basis, you will be working with a relatively small case load of guests who are in an active detox phase of their recovery. As a team player you will be an excellent communicator and an active member of the wider team. You will be motivated by outcomes – our raison d’etre - and will be excited to join a purpose-led organisation where we strive to get better every day. You will have a sharp eye for detail and experience in providing excellent outstanding care, performing clinical tasks, administering medication and ensuring detailed documented evidence in the clinical records. You will be expected to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care provision in accordance with NMC Code.
Experience of working with people in detoxification would be advantageous but is not essential as training will be provided. As a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) you will work as an integral part a small team of nurses who are supported by our Head of Clinical Care, Doctors and Senior Management who have decades of experience in working in addiction treatment. You will be actively involved in all clinical aspects at Delamere; especially in caring for those guests requiring clinical detox (usually 4-5 in number).

Current first level NMC registration
Able to demonstrate excellent assessment skills and have knowledge of a range of assessment tools that may be used to inform person-centred care planning.
• Desirable skills and experience
Experience of working in drug and ******* services.
Handling of Controlled Drugs
Clinical skills such as venapuncture and performing ECGs.
