We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our growing team, due to an increase in numbers we are looking to appoint somebody on a zero hours contract but this could potentially lead to a full time position. We are seeking somebody with passion of the early years, motivation, commitment and enthusiasm, if you feel you are the right candidate please do contact the nursery

Duties

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
Create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere that encourages children to explore and learn.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in English.
Manage classroom behaviour through positive reinforcement and effective leadership techniques.
Drive initiatives that enhance the educational experience for children in your care.
Collaborate with other educators to develop a cohesive curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare.
Experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Leadership qualities with the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
A genuine passion for working with young children and contributing to their development.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early years education.
Job Type: Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.21 per hour
