About the Role
We are looking The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels across various e-commerce platforms. this role involves handling product listings, inventory coordination, pricing strategies, and performance analysis to ensure smooth digital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and stock levels across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, etc.)
2.Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, warehouse) to ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfilment
3. Working on sales performance and prepare periodic reports highlighting growth opportunities and challenges.
4. Handle day-to-day operations, including order tracking, customer queries, and return management.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Any Graduate
2. 0–1 years of experience in e-commerce operations or logistics
3. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
