Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) Current Account customers including SMEs, traders, professionals, institutions, and local businesses Source business through field sourcing, branch referrals, walk-ins, and market mapping Ensure end-to-end account opening, activation, and funding within defined TAT Complete KYC documentation and ensure adherence to AML, regulatory, and internal compliance norms Achieve assigned account acquisition, balance build-up, and fee income targets Promote and cross-sell relevant banking solutions such as CMS, POS, QR, FASTag, Trade & Forex, and Digital Banking products Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure account retention and balance growth Coordinate with branch operations and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing Monitor account performance, activation status, and ongoing account health Participate in branch reviews, audits, and compliance checks as required by the bank Key
