This role involves handling day-to-day banking operations while supporting the sales team in cross-selling financial products and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Operations: Manage account opening, KYC verification, and transaction processing. Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and documentation. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth functioning of banking services. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. Sales Support: Identify customer needs and assist in promoting relevant banking products like savings accounts, credit cards, loans, etc. Generate leads and forward them to the sales team. Help customers understand product features and benefits. Maintain a positive relationship with clients to enhance customer retention. Skills & Qualifications: Candidate must have good communication in English Graduate in any discipline candidate must be a graduate from (2026-2026) Male and Female both can apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of banking products and services. Proficient in MS Office and banking software (preferred). Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
