We are looking for active and dedicated Field Recovery Officers for managing Recovery Field Work, Legal Notice Serving, SARFAESI Possessions, and Recovery Execution operations in Mumbai.
• Responsibilities:
- Deliver Bank Notices and Recovery Letters to Defaulters.
- Assist in SARFAESI Act Possession Actions with Police Support.
- CMM/DM Order/RC Filing Work at Courts and DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal) Offices.
- Daily Field Visits and Field CRM Reporting.
- Handle Field Recovery Assignments End-to-End.
- Coordinate with Company’s Legal and Recovery Team.
• Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 2-5 years Field Recovery / Banking / NBFC Execution Work Experience.
- Familiar with Bank Recovery Actions, Legal Field Operations.
- Basic understanding of Police Liaison and Field Recovery Process.
- Own Bike Preferred.
- Mumbai Local Area Knowledge Required.
• Salary & Benefits:
- ₹20,000 to ₹30,000/month + Recovery Performance Incentives
- Travel Allowance
- Weekly Performance Bonus on Recovery Targets
