We’re looking for an outstanding Bank Regulatory Lawyer to join our UBS team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading financial institutions. Our successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice on a wide range of regulatory issues impacting the banking sector.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking regulatory law, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in this field. They should also be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of legal and regulatory developments in the banking sector and be able to apply this knowledge to practical situations. A deep understanding of the rules and regulations governing the banking sector, and the ability to think critically and provide sound advice, is essential.We’re looking for a motivated and experienced individual with a passion for regulatory law and a commitment to hands-on problem solving. Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on a wide range of regulatory issues impacting the banking sector.
Maintain a deep understanding of the rules and regulations governing the banking sector.
Think critically and provide sound advice.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments in the banking sector and apply this knowledge to practical situations.
Remain up to date with changes in the legal and regulatory landscape.
Develop strategies to ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations.
Work with the UBS team to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Prepare legal documents and review contracts.
Identify and analyze potential risks and provide solutions.
Act as a representative of UBS in meetings with regulatory bodies.
