Derwent Lodge Nursing Home is currently seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our compassionate healthcare team.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive care, promoting patient safety, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.

· Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

· Monitoring patient vital signs and responding promptly to changes in condition.

· Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate and manage patient care.

· Educating patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive measures.

· Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining confidentiality.

· Adhering to established nursing standards and policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Valid and current Registered Nurse license/NMC

· Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Compassionate nature and a commitment to providing patient-centred care.
