Duties
Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene.
Implement and monitor care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
Provide support in childcare settings, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Drive individuals to appointments or activities as required.
Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support.
Maintain accurate records of activities and progress in accordance with organisational policies.
Engage in recreational activities that promote social interaction and personal growth.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care provided.
Skills
Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
Experience working with children is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with individuals and their families.
Ability to drive and hold a valid driving licence for transportation purposes.
Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and documentation.
A compassionate approach with a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals.
Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing needs or situations.
