Bank Supply and Delivery Operative

Location: ,

Category: Bank Jobs

There has never been a better time to join the Trust's Supply and Delivery Service. We have implemented a scanning system to manage the consumables both on site and at station, so crews don't need to spend time ordering stocks from us. We have had some great feedback and it has been very well received. We are now working on refining this to reduce wastage.

This role covers all of this in a bank capacity to support gaps in staffing when permanent staff are on A/L or sick as the service has to be maintained.

We are also rolling out filled medicine bags across the Trust, which are packed by the Supply and Delivery team ready for use by our crews. This is developing and the roll out is slowly growing so we are looking for support to deliver these out to site and collect the bags that need restocking.

The role of the Supply and Delivery Operative is a gateway to the organisation with opportunities to develop your career both in the team and wider Trust in both patient-facing and a variety of support roles.

This is a bank contract - which means it is a 0 hour contract. We would get in touch when we have business need to support the wider team to staff all tasks and if you were available we would slot you into the gap. Working hours would change week on week and month on month depending on what was required.

This post is based out of Bristol covering the north sector of the Trust - North Somerset, Bristol, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire.
