As a Trade Support Analyst in the Asset Transfer and Brokerage Support team of Wealth Management US Operations, your role involves taking care of asset movement and alternative investments for Private bank and Brokerage clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily monitoring of incoming FX Trades, Lien Release, Account opening, Miscellaneous wires requests, and processing them within the cut-off time.
- Onboarding client assets from counterparties for incoming WM clients promptly while collaborating with the front office, custodian, and counterparties.
- Terminating client accounts upon request from FO and ensuring the accurate and timely transfer of cash and securities.
- Pricing alternative investment products for private bank and brokerage clients.
- Handling new client investments in alternatives such as private equity and Hedge funds closing, capital call, and distribution.
Your qualifications and skills should include being a Graduate or above, having follow-through skills, effective communication skills, fluency in Microsoft Office, ability to confidently handle internal clients, and a futuristic and innovative approach. Additionally, the ability and willingness to work in night shifts are a must.
