What you'll bring to the role

The successful candidate will ideally possess an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or a related area, or an equivalent or higher recognised qualification, as well as GCSEs or NVQ Level 2 in English and Maths. However, it is acknowledged that not all new recruits will already hold the NVQ Level 2 qualification; therefore, they will be expected to begin the qualification process within six months of starting the role and complete it within a designated timeframe. Previous experience in a related environment is desirable and would be beneficial to the role.
